Warranty For Products

All of our products carry 1 year Manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise. To have your Electronics equipment serviced free using manufacturer's warranty you will need to send the product, back to us. Shipping Fee TO Dream-multimedia-tv.co.uk will be covered by customer. Please email us before you send your unit for repair/exchange, or find the order in your order history and click "I need to return this product"  We will then email you and confirm the return address. 

Each product comes with 1 yr manufactory warranty.  Changing any component and/or opening or modifying case will void the warranty. Availability of replacement parts and turnaround time for any repairs/replacement varies depending on the product.

What is your return policy?

All Sales are Final
Dream-multimedia-tv.co.uk do not sell used or refurbished items and therefore we cannot accept non-defective product returns.

7-day Return Policy on all Electronics (related accessory sales excluded).
Item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manual.  Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back to us. Refund will consist of unit price only, shipping costs will not be refunded. Customer must contact us with the request to return and notify us the precise condition of the item being returned before contact us. Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused or disregarded. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

Order Cancellation
All orders (except mobile phones) can be cancelled and refunded without penalty if the order has not been shipped.  Order that has been shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel your order (we usually ship out your order in about 1-2 days).
