International Shipping: We sold and ship our products to all over the world. Usually, all of our products are shipped by DHL, UPS (depend on the weight of your order itmes ), also have some small products shipped by air mail.
1. We usually ship within next 24 - 48 hrs after the payment is completed. Unless this handmade item is not available, it may take additional 2 - 3 days.
2. The shipment usually takes 3-6 days ( depends on your location and custom clearance in your country ) to reach your shipping address .

4. If you choose use air mail, the order items must below 2KG and it takes 7~15 days to reach your door steps.

1. Does shipping charge cover tracking number and insurance?
Shipping charge includes tracking number (all orders) and insurance (orders over £75 only). If the order is damaged or lost during transit, you will need to use the tracking number provided by us and contact your local post system for reimbursement. Dream-multimedia-tv.co.uk is not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address due to address. You create the order, so please make sure your FULL address details including post code (if any) and daytime telephone number.
2. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
You should generally receive your order within a 3-6 day period. An email will be sent to you when the order is shipped along with a tracking number. You can track your order at DHL Site or UPS site. Time of delivery is DHL: 3~5 days on average worldwide. Our recommendation is to use DHL as they are cost efficient, fast, and reliable.
3. What should I do if my package is stolen/lost/damaged?
Dream-multimedia-tv.co.uk cannot be held responsible for unexpected incidents that occur after the order is shipped. If your order is stolen, lost, or damaged during freight, please use the tracking number (which contains insurance information) we supplied and contact the shipping carrier for reimbursement. Shipping/Packaging information for insurance claim purposes will also be provided upon request.

Cost of shipping is based on your order's total weight. To see the total cost of your order including shipping, please add the product(s) onto your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page. You will see the total cost including shipping. The minimum shipping charge is £4 through Air Mail. At Dream-multimedia-tv.co.uk, there is no handling fee and the shipping charge is just want we have to pay for shipping your item.
5. Why is my order delayed?
There are couple reasons might cause delay. Stock ability, Holidays, High traffic of PO processing and payment delay. We are not responsible for these delay reasons. We might not be able to process your order if we don't have the product(s) in Stock. Customer will be notified by E-mail before hand and get full refund if they wish. During checkout you can see if your items out of stock and if it is, then view Upcoming Products on main page of shop for expected arrival date. We will process your order only once payment has been confirmed, in stock, next working day.
